UWA Staff Fitness is based at the UWA Watersports Complex (WSC). WSC is available exclusively to UWA Staff Fitness members, offering stunning views over Matilda Bay and a very private workout atmosphere.
Course Descriptions
Flex & Flow: Unify and revive your body and mind with a combination of yoga, pilates and the flow of tai-chi exercise. This invigorating 45 minute workout will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready for the work day. Great for increasing flexibility, body awareness and core stability.
Total Conditioning: A 45 minute class aimed at increasing aerobic fitness, burning fat, sculpting lean muscle and improving overall fitness. Includes alternating cardio interval training using resistance equipment, free weights and dynamic resistance exercises.
PT: Personal Training sessions are included in your Staff Fitness Membership (one PT session per week). You will be contacted by one of our team members to book your 30 minute PT session.
