QUALITY A detailed in house quality reporting system prevails in the organization; the objective being to check and record that each stage of work conforms to certain defined parameters. These defined parameters are a result of sincere efforts of our team and their experience of common errors and client requirements. SAFETY & TIME A few but well-defined measures are documented and followed/monitored very closely by an independent Safety Engineer who visits the site frequently. We have our in house computerized system for planning the complete project with resource calculation (material, labour, cash flow). The most important aspect of this system is its translation, which ensures the identification of Delays & their Causes and ultimately assists in its timely resolution to avoid getting delayed. Projects these days are most likely to come up in the far flung and the Under developed regions. Locations are dictated by the Dictate of Government all permission, environment clearances, proximity etc. In all probability the location is serviced by non existing / poor roads, shortage of water and electricity and increasingly a hostile local population. Against such odds, we undertake and successfully complete projects. The Organisation of Projects is designed to be handled by a Project Manager at site on day to day basis under Area Manager, assisted by a team of experienced and capable Engineers and Supervisors.. The projects are looked after by frequent site visits of Directors for better control and improvements. OPERATIONS PROJECT EXECUTION PROJECT EXECUTION Once a Project is awarded to us the project task force is identified. A Project Manager along with his team of Engineer and support are deputed for the project. The following systems are followed to track the project and ensure a two way dialogue between the site management and the project monitoring from H.O. level. All sites invariably sent a daily report to Head Office prepared by the Projects Manager listing his progress along with any other developments at site which are noteworthy.
