Standard with the Horizon fireplace, the ValorStat Plus Remote Control saves energy and helps lower your home heating costs with features including:

• Advanced Programmability - Program the time and temperature you desire and your Valor will automatically turn on and off when needed. You can even set the Horizon to “get up” before you do!

• Pilot on Demand - An easy way to save. The battery powered remote pilot ignition system electronically lights or extinguishes the pilot light at a touch of the handset. During thermostatic or programmed operation the pilot stays on to ensure reliable burner ignition. Turn the pilot off for the summer and you’ll enjoy 3 hours every evening in January with the gas you’ve saved!

• Steady, Even Heat - Most gas fireplaces are unable to effectively adjust flame output. This results in the need to inefficiently turn the flame on and off decreasing your comfort. The Horizon has an impressive 78% flame turn-down, making it easy to achieve the perfect comfort level for you and your home.
