SponsorshipPackageWhen:June25th2022(11am-9pm)Where:AnvilCentre(777ColumbiaSt.NewWestminsterBC)Expectedattendance:1500-1800(uniqueindividuals)Summary:Since2012,VRGEhasbeenayearlyevent,firstheldatTheColumbiaTheatre,movingtoit’scurrentvenuetheAnvilCentrein2016.AttendancehadgrownsteadilyeveryyearandwiththemovetoAnvilCentre,wehadtheabilitytobringmorecontent,guests,vendorsandultimatelymoreattendees.VRGEisasingledayfullofvendors,artists,gamingtournaments,musicalperformances,guests,panels,andsomuchmore,allcelebratingretrovideogames.Theeventisall-agesinalicensedvenuecreatingauniquemixofpeopleallcomingtogethertoenjoytheirhobbyandhaveagoodtime.Demographics:Wegetawidevarietyofpeople,rangingfromfamilieswithyoungchildren(10%)toadultsintheir40’s&up(10%),butmost(80%)fallinthe16-39rangewithabouta35/65splitofwomentomen.Theonethingtheyallhaveincommonthoughisaloveforretrogamingandnostalgia.MostarecomingfromwithintheLowerMainlandandhaveareasonableamountofdisposableincome.Theywillbeintheareaalldaylookingforplacestoeat&drink,willseekoutnewbusinessesthatcansellthemthingstheywantorentertainthem,andareveryactiveonsocialmedia.
