This beauti- ful historic area in the Green Moun- tains of Windsor County is easily accessible from the interstates and part of the the Crossroads of Ver- mont Scenic Byway. The Billings Farm and MBR National Park are both members of Vermont Attractions Association and icons of our working landscape located just outside the town center. As our hosts and partners, these ven- ues provide an appealing backdrop. The ambiance of the Billings Farm loft and grounds are the perfect complement for fine furniture and wood products crafted in Vermont. Add to this the allure of fall foliage that attracts thousands of visitors, and you have a recipe for success! Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your fine craftsmanship! Visitors park at Billings Farm (with lots of space for tour busses too!) and are greeted by farm staff at the front desk. They can visit with our vendors and demonstrators who will be in the Visitor Center loft, the nearby barns, or on the farm lawn. The scenic backdrop of the Farm along with live music provides a perfect accompaniment for shop- ping or watching demonstrations. Just across the street, visitors can enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, forest walks, additional woodwork- ing demonstrations, make your own woodcrafting and other family activi- ties at Vermont’s only National Park. Billings Farm & Museum

Location: Billings Farm & Museum is located at 5302 Old River Road (Rte. 12), Woodstock, VT 05091-0489. (GPS address: 69 Old River Road).

Event setup: Friday, September 23, 2016 from 5:15pm-8:00pm & Satur-day, September 24 before the show opens. Event dates/hours: Saturday, Sep-tember 24 and Sunday, September 25 from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.

There are three buildings that can host your product; the main visitor center loft, and two exterior barns. You can also take outdoor lawn space to sell and/or demonstrate making product. Indoor spaces fea-ture barnboard flooring and walls. Lighting, accessories, & signage can be hung from the barnboard. Outdoor lawn space is available for those who desire to be outside, tents are optional, but recommend-

ed for protection from sun/weather. Electricity is not available outside. Pricing and sizes are below.

What are the terms and conditions of vending? You may sell only those pieces that are designed and made in Vermont by you, a Vermont woodworker. You may take orders or sell products from your booth space; however, we ask that you not disturb the integrity of your booth

until the end of the show. We also suggest that you obtain a rider from your insurance company naming Billings Farm and VWMA as an “also insured” for event dates. VWMA will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the Festival.
