Pulsafeeder Inc.‘s Pulsatron is a reliable series of advanced electronic metering pumps with capaci- ties ranging from 3 to 500 gpd and pressures from 300 to 20 psi. Optional features are available for automatic controls such as external pacing or 4-20 mA input. Each pump is rated under “Hot” condi- tions to ensure that it can meet the specifications for pressure and flow even during extended use. Pulsatron is available in a choice of wetted mate- rials ranging from PVC to stainless steel.

The E4 Series Pumps are an addition to Versa- Matic’s line of Elima-Matic Pumps. They elimi- nate intermittent pump stalling caused by air valve system freeze-ups and feature the anti- stalling, nonicing, lubrication-free Elima-Matic Air Valve System. E4 Series Pumps are available in aluminum, cast iron, Hastelloy, and stainless steel. The E4 Series Elima-Matic Air Valve Sys- tem is interchangeable with the V4 and Wilden M4 metallic and plastic pumps. These pumps can be retrofitted with the VM P31-100 or P31-500 center section. The E4 can handle anything from water to 90% solids easily and efficiently.

VERTICAL PUMPS

Hendor-PE Inc. offers a complete line of pumps and filtration systems designed specifically for the plating industry. A substantially longer, useful life of their vertical pumps is obtained through the combination of an over-sized motor, over-sized bearings, a full-length shaft cover, motor lifts, and a standard suction strainer. Standard on all pumps is a connection for a suction pipe extension. Due to the greater stability of Hendor-PE’s pumps, bolting down in the tank is not necessary. Combinations of a vertical pump and filter cham- ber on common mounting plate are also available.
