Terms and conditions of use

1. The Twelve-month Exhibition Pass is available to adults age 16 and over.

2. Application must be made in person at the main ticket desk in the Victoria Art Gallery using the application form.

3. The Exhibition Pass is not transferrable and improper or fraudulent use will result in confiscation of the card.

4. Holders of the Exhibition Pass will be given entry to temporary exhibitions in the Victoria Art Gallery during normal opening hours. The Exhibition Pass must be presented at the ticket desk to gain entry.

5. The Exhibition Pass will be valid for twelve months from the date of issue. The Pass remains the property of Bath and North East Somerset Council.

6. There will be a charge of £2 to replace lost or damaged cards.

7. The Exhibition Pass is not valid as a form of identification for any reason other than for use at the Victoria Art Gallery.
