Even with pre-wall you can save spaceIn addition to concealed installation, it is possible to position the element Viega Mono Tec in front of the wall (2). The space required is not more than the space used for several traditional instal-lation methods (3 and 4). This solution supports the structure of the wall, pro-vides better noise reduction and more freedom when positioning WCs and bidets.

1 piece construction ductProtection against dirt on the building site.

With the Viega Mono Tec and Viega Mono Slim, Viega offers you familiar Viega technology and Viega quality – compactly packed in only 8 cm.

Completely pre-assembled water pipeA water pipe is completely pre-assembled in the cistern. The connection from outside takes places via a wall bushing with a ½" female thread. For this reason, the cistern can stay closed during the building work.The connection to an already securely fitted adaptor takes place via a rotatable wall bushing. Important: the corner valve inside must be removed beforehand.

1-piece drain valve (1)The advantages of this product are not just to be found in the details. The drain valve is 1-piece and can be exchanged as such. A crucial advantage during assembly and maintenance, as no pieces can fall into the cistern.

9 l flush volume with only 8 cm depthDespite the minimal installation depth of 8 cm, Viega Mono Tec and Viega Mono Slim cisterns are convincing due to their maximum flushing volume of 9 litres. With the help of the dual volume flushing technology, there is a choice of a short flush, adjustable between 3 and 4 litres, and a full flush, infinitely adjustable between 6 and 9 litres. The factory settings are flush volumes of 3 and 6 litres for short and full flush respectively.

Bowden wire technology (2)With Bowden wire technology, Viega actuating panels can also be mounted on the 8 cm cistern. To enable this, the Bowden wire unit only has to be set to the 8 cm size: unlock the mechanism, push the unit together, re-lock the mecha-nism, and push the unit onto the drain valve.

1-piece inspection ductThe 1-piece inspection duct prevents dirt entering the cistern – not only during cladding, but also during the tiling work. The inspection duct is shortened accordingly for the assembly of the actuating panel.

Wall bushingA simple assembly from outside via the universal ½" female thread.
