EXHIBITION REGULATIONS
1. All stands must be ready by 18.00 on 15 Nov. 2017.2. The exhibitors are responsible to clear stand fittings and waste
materials from their pavilions starting from 20:00 on 19 Nov. 2017 continue 24 hours.
3. Exhibits or stands fittings should start to be removed by 22:00 on 19 Nov. 2017.
4. The organizer is not responsible for any goods left on site during the buildup and the dismantling of the exhibition.
5. The timings schedule is very organized for machinery and items entrance especially that need forklifts.
6. Deadline for receiving back the technical forms is 1/ 10/ 2017.7. It's not allowed to fix things or paint on walls or floors. 8. Kindly send us the stand design if you're reserving a raw space.9. Maximum height for special decorations is 5 meters. 10. No woods or boxes are allowed to be stored behind the booths11. The loading doors will not be opened till the end of the show and

- The exhibitors must provide the organizer with the details of the stand contractors
- The contractor is responsible for the build and furnishing and the dismantle of the booth
- Any furnisher required from the organizers will be considered as
extras with fees

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTSThis information is required for machinery to operate in the stand. In case the machinery voltage supply is not 380 volts AC (3 phases) or 220 volts AC (single phase) and 50Hz, the exhibitor will supply necessary transformers and any devices needed.

- All connections and material needed from the electrical outlet to the machinery are to be secured by the exhibitor. Any electrical requirements cannot be confirmed except after evaluating the Gross Electrical Power needed by all exhibitors. This will be provided in accordance with sequence of orders received.
- The organizer provides ONLY the electrical source, but for protection of your displayed machinery / equipment, a convenient electrical distribution panel with suitable circuit breaker should be supplied by THE EXHIBITOR.
- Please find additional charges for three phase outlets which are not included in the stand rental fees to cover the whole duration of the exhibition:
