This week in Reading: This week, we will practice practice references sources and affixes. We will continue to review reading skills such as conflict, resolution, plot, author’s purpose and perspective. Our story is Emerald’s Eggs Weekly Assessment: Friday This week in Language: This week we will be responding in writing to text, and reviewing sentence and paragraph structure. This week in Spelling: In our Lesson 10 Spelling unit, students will practice the words at home in preparation for Friday’s test. Weekly Spelling Assessment: Friday. This week in Math: This week we solve multiplication comparison word problems. We will also continue practicing multiplication facts, as well as multi-digit multiplication and word problems. PLEASE continue to review multiplication facts at home. This week in Social Studies/Science: We will read text and answer questions on various nonfiction topics like the Southwest Region of the US, and Electrical Energy.
