Introduction

New Hope Adoption Center is dedicated to saving the lives of homeless animals through rescue, adoption, and spay/neuter. During our last two meetings we discussed what New Hope Adoption Center’s vision, mission, and values were going to be. It was also discussed that we will stay in contact with shelters in Texas. Our plans are to extend this contact to every shelter in the United States and other countries.

Vision Statement

New Hope Adoption Center’s vision is a world in which all animals are treated with respect, kindness and have a loving home. New Hope Adoption Center’s future plans are to be known to all shelters in Texas within the next year, to be known around the United States within the next ten years, and to be known around the world within the next twenty years.

The cost of adoption for a puppy is one-hundred dollars, an adult dog is fifty dollars, a kitten is fifty dollars, and an adult cat is thirty-five dollars. The cost to drop off a cat or dog is ten dollars and for pick-up is fifteen dollars. To get an animal spay/neutered will cost twenty-five dollars. The cost of visiting the wellness clinic is twenty dollars plus any medication and/or procedures done (this is without the wellness plan.) To train your cat or dog will cost fifty dollars. There is no charge for the disaster relief program. New Hope Adoption Center’s competitive advantage is that they are open from eight am to eight pm Monday to Saturday and open on Sundays from twelve pm to five pm. Another competitive advantage is that New Hope Adoption Center has a low cost on all the services they offer.

New Hope Adoption Center’s target market is people who are looking for a companion with four paws and people who love and care for animals. New Hope Adoption Center serves the Bexar County area and surrounding areas. The only facility built is located across Blanco Street from The Vineyard Springs Shopping Center. New Hope Adoption Center’s plans are to have an adoption center in twenty-five states in the United States by 2034.
