TO ALL RESIDENTS:We will be conducting energy efficiency assessments andmaking efficiency improvements to homes in your area.Incentives are paid to our company by your local electricdelivery company that pay for the above mentioned services(please see: http://www.texasefficiency.com for more information)as this is a state energy efficiency program for selected electricdelivery companies. There is NO COST for our work! NOTE:Residences that are a part of an electric co-operative or a citymunicipality do not qualify. Upon completion of our work, your ductsystem (s) will be at least 90% efficient! Typically, residentialhouses have been shown to be only 65 to 80% effcient before ourwork is complete. In addition, we will reduce the amount of air losswithin the building structure by AT LEAST 10%. To achieve this airloss reduction goal within the house, we may install some measures u c h a s : c a u l k i n g w i n d o w s , i n s t a l l i n g d o o rweatherstripping/thresholds, sealing access to attic, etc. This meanslower energy usage and increased value of your home.
