Product Range

Here is the full product range including a mail out - which is the first thing they will recieve, an arrival kit: including Bag, T-shirt, wrist bands, programmes and stickers which individuals recieve on arrival at the festival.

Mail Out

Once individuals have booked online they will recieve this mail out which has all the little details they need about the festival plus a poster to advertise it to their friends.

I wanted to keep costs down so integrated the two within one A2 sheet so that what is used is used efficiently. As well as this, the hotdog fold does not require any form of binding and so again this would cut down costs on a large order.

Arrival pack

When groups or individuals arrive at the check in for the festival they will be given one of these packs. It contains 2 programmes one for volunteering through the day (work hard) and the other for the evening entertainment (play hard). The pocket sized programmes mean that they can be taken easily with the attendent so they can keep checking the plan. As well as 2 programmes, they will also recieve wrist bands, stickers, a T-shirt and a bag.

Publicity

I felt it was important, in terms of publicising the event whilst it was happening to have certain visual aids so that people from the towns know which people are helping out. As well as this individuals who attend where wrist bands and this means that the local pubs and bars will let them in for free due to the recognisable logo.

Promotion

People initially will find out about the festival through the posters, ban-ners and web advertising as shown above. I made sure that the work hard play hard slogan was of high enough quality to go onto large prints.

MYM Online

This website is made to be easy to use and update. the main focus is the scroll panel in the centre which contains all information and changes more is revealed about the weekend over the weeks up to it. (Different bands, artists, comedians etc) The website will be where individuals can sign up to the event as well as find out more information.
