Employee contribution

1. A bonus of 5% of an employee’s base wage will be given annually if productivity does not decrease, and if target performance is meet. This plan will be communicated in the annually department meeting.

2. To ensure understand among all employees I would create a detailed list of what is expected to increase productivity and to decrease losses. This will include, for example, customer service guidelines to follow to increase customer satisfaction when complaints happen. At the department meeting team work will be emphasized to ensure that they employees understand that by working as a team productivity will increase.

3. The rewards will be calculated by taking 5% of each individual employee’s annual salary. If productivity decreases (not due to economic conditions) then no bonus will be given. This should be easy. The information that is needed would be each department’s accident reports, customer complaint logs, financial records, and economic reports. The bonus will be provided annually.

4. Validity will ensured by checking the historical documents for patterns, both economically and company based.
