WALKING FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM

During the school year, teachers might choose to walk their students to the neighborhood public library or parks. In order to allow flexibility for these activities, this permission will extend for the entire 2013-14 school year. Students will be notified for these field trips in advance.

Separate permission forms will be sent home for field trips requiring any form of transportation.

I hereby give permission for my child to participate in supervised neighborhood walks during the school year.
