     Stakeholders and the public are permitted to address the Committee on any item on the agenda prior tothe Committee taking action on said item. Case No. DIR 2015-4225-SPP-SPPA  Target store @ 20801 Ventura Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367Discussion and Possible Action regarding the remodel of the building façade of theTarget Store (@ Ventura and Kelvin, near De Soto); reconfiguration of the existingparking landscape to comply with parking lot tree requirements; and reducing requiredparking by 27 stalls.

    5. Case No. [None yet; to be filed in February]  6041 - 6045 Variel Avenue Mixed Use Project  First Courtesy Presentation and Discussion regarding the development of an

    approximately 408,500 square foot, phased, mixed use project. The project will includean approximately 328,000 square foot residential component of five stories in phase 1,including approximately 275 units; and a 12-story, approximately 71,000 to 80,000square-foot office tower, approximately 180-feet in height, in phase 2. Approximately480 parking spaces will be provided (401 residential and 79 office).

    6. Case No. ZA 2015-4447-ZVRockin! Pet Rescue, 19885 Ventura Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367

    Discussion and Possible Action regarding the Applicant!s request for a variance to allowa pet rescue/adoption center with pet grooming and boarding in the C1-1VLD Zone.The Applicant is also seeking a variance for a reduction in parking from the existing 21parking stalls to nine (9) parking stalls.

    The Applicant is seeking approval of the following entitlements:

    A USE VARIANCE pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code (“LAMC”) Section 12.27 topermit the proposed use of a pet rescue/adoption center, with ancillary services of petgrooming and boarding for the general public in lieu of said uses not permitted in the C1Zone pursuant to LAMC Section 12.13; and

    A PARKING VARIANCE pursuant to LAMC Section 12.27 to permit a reduction in onsiteparking from 21 required parking stalls pursuant to LAMC Section 12.23B.8(a) to ninecode compliant parking stalls.
