January 12, 2016 Dear Parents, The Washington Township PTA will be hosting Teacher Appreciation Week beginning on Friday, February 19th with door decorating for all teachers. On Wednesday, February 24th, we have arranged lunch and on Friday, February 26th, we will host a dessert day. Door decorating is one of the best parts of Teacher Appreciation Week; the schools come alive! With the help of our Room Representatives, homeroom doors will be decorated. However, there are many other non-homeroom teacher doors we are seeking assistance with decoration. If you are interested and able to decorate a door, you are welcome to attend meeting on Tuesday, January 19th in the Library at Brass Castle at 7pm. If you are interested in volunteering but not able to the meeting, please contact Tracy Fazekas and Denise Dicksen ([email protected] and [email protected]). The second part of Teacher Appreciation Week, specifically dessert day, we are seeking volunteers to provide drinks and desserts on Friday, February 26th. If you are interested in donating either a drink or a dessert, please contact Beth Connolly and Michele Wooley ([email protected] and [email protected]).
