    Corn f lakes Jun ior Summer CampCornakes StaffThis unique outdoor-based camp oers a combination o creative activities and educational experiences or children ages 33 months thrix years o age. Our goal at Cornakes is to develop the whole child and to treat each child as an individual. Children are encouragexplore their outdoor world through developmentally appropriate activities. The outdoor approach helps to increase each childs awarenjoyment and respect or nature. Daily activities may include adventure walks down the Green Bay Trail, water play at Maple Beach

    rts and crats. Each week culminates with a special event. The sta help oster positive sel concept by providing opportunities or achieuccess and develop a childs creativity and use o problem solving. Each participants will attend a weekly ceramics lesson in our state ort ceramics studio.

    M e m b e r s h i p I n f o r m a t i o nEarly registration: Members are eligible to register or all classes one week

    prior to the start o seasonal registration. Early registration can be done

    Community House. Please note: early registration does not guarantee a

    spot in a class.

    Who is eligible or benefts? All amily members in your household are

    eligible or membership benefts. When registering or membership, just list

    your amily members, and they will be included or the program registra-

    tion benefts automatically when registering or classes.

    Membership renewal: Members receive a notice about one month prior

    to the expiration, so the membership can be renewed or the next year.

    Reunds or memberships will not be available.

    Winnetka Community House is committed to conducting its recreation programs and activities in the safest manner possible, and holds the safety of the participants in the highest possible regard. Participarents registering their child in recreation programs must recognize, however, that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in recreation activities. Winnetka Community House contrives to reduce such risks, and insists that all participants follow safety rules and instructions which have been designed to protect the participants safety.     ot carry medical accident insurance for injuries sustained in its programs. The cost of such would make program fees prohibitive. Therefore, each person registering himself\herself or a family membecreation program/activity should review his/her own health insurance policy for coverage. It must be noted that the absence of health insurance coverage does not make Winnetka Community House autoesponsible for payment of medical expenses. Due to the difficulty and high cost of obtaining liability insurance, the agency providing liability coverage for Winnetka Community House requires the exehe following Waiver and Release.
