The amount of shading indicates the % of sky (cloud) cover.

This is a 2 meter temperature. That means the temp 2m above the ground.

The Dew Point is the air temperature at which the humidity will reach 100%. The dew point temp is important for calculating cloud height, and humidity.

The wind barb points in the compass direction that the wind is coming from. The wind blows toward the opposite compass direction.

These lines indicate Wind Speed. Long lines mean 10 knots, short lines indicate 5 knots. Flags mean 50 knots.

The Air Pressure number here needs to be “decoded”. If the number begins with a 6,7,8,or 9. then precede the number with a 9, and make the last number a decimal.

EX: 975 becomes 997.5

If the number begins with a 0 through 5. Then precede the number with a 10, and make the last number a decimal.

EX: 342 becomes 1034.2

The Air Pressure Tendency is the “trend” of the AP in the last 3 hours. Up, Down or steady by the value shown.
