6th Grade Science Summer Assignment
Dear Incoming 6th Graders, I hope you are looking forward to middle school and having a
science class period every day. I am looking forward to being your science teacher. Scientists have proven that a positive mindset or positive thinking can lead to greater success. With that being said, you are going to start of the school year prepared for science AND earn credit towards you first marking period grade.
Part I of your summer assignment includes obtaining the supplies required for science and setting up your binder as directed. You will use this binder in science for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
Part II of your summer assignment includes creating five decks of the science vocabulary words. The vocabulary words can be found on the Google Classroom you joined in June. The lists can also be found on my schoolwires page: https://nj01912890.schoolwires.net/Page/5679.
Each of you have joined the Google Classroom for 6th Grade Science Summer Assignment. If for some reason you haven’t the class code is: wqg8l4.If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me at [email protected] I will check my email Monday through Thursday.
