OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this proposal is to: 1. Learn more about Sigenics, its brand, services, current clients and

how it finds and interacts with prospective customers.

2. Research into prospective customers and new markets for growth.

3. Develop branded content for use in digital campaigns, Sigenics website, social media pages, and email newsletters.

4. Build market visibility and awareness of the Sigenics brand.

5. Design and build a new SEO-ready mobile-responsive website.

6. Help reach new prospects and drive traffic to the new website or landing page.

7. Capture customer data for future segmented marketing opportunities.

8. Manage digital advertising campaigns.

APPROACH

ACG will meet the objectives with its multi-phased approach. These phases include:

PHASE 1 — DISCOVERY & AUDIT

ACG will work with the Sigenics team to learn more about its brand and specific sales and marketing objectives. Areas of focus may include: branded content (photos, videos, images and copy), target customer demographics, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value, sales funnel strategies, marketing software usage and more.

The goal is to fully learn, understand and assess what Sigenics is currently doing and spending to help us inform next steps in improving and enhancing our marketing strategies.

PHASE 2 — IDEATION, STRATEGY & PLANNING

ACG will ideate and design a strategic plan that will increase awareness and reach new prospects. Using the insights and data from the Discovery & Audit phase, ACG’s strategic plan will guide the digital marketing and paid advertising efforts. We will ideate on the information architecture for the new website, relevant call-to-actions and surveys for prospect segmentations.

These strategies will help you determine your cost for acquiring new customers. It will also direct the development of content, messaging, and social engagement.

PHASE 3 — BRANDED CONTENT CREATION

ACG’s creative design team and content developers will ensure Sigenic’s brand look and feel is consistent and cohesive across all online channels. All branded content, from videos and photos to graphics and copy, will reflect the Sigenic brand, and serve as assets in our digital marketing efforts.

PHASE 4 — RESPONSIVE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION

ACG will design and build a Sigenics branded and SEO-ready, mobile-responsive website that prospects can visit to learn more about the company, its team and services, and read the company's blog and testimonials and subscribe to its newsletter. We will not only design and build a site that fits your brand, but looks great on desktop and mobile. Prospects will be able to easily engage with your site from anywhere—home, office, and on-the-go. And, each time a prospect engages with your site, their data is captured and entered into your customer database and will be used for future targeted marketing opportunities.

PHASE 5 — NEWSLETTER, SMS & SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT

ACG can direct the right messaging to the right customers at the right time and in the manner they prefer most. Using the customer’s data collected and segmented in the CRM database, we can target your customer based on their preferences. We will send out relevant messaging when and where your customer prefers to receive it—either via email, text messaging and/or social media.

We will manage all digital advertising campaigns from Google Adwords to Facebook keywords determine the best converting keywords for the cost.

At every step of the way we will measure and evaluate our marketing efforts using data to drive our actions and results.At this point we will assess the performance of each phase and determine the best and most valuable way to proceed together. We will deliver a full performance report based on the best timing to show results.

One-Time Payment $3,950 (due upon signing)

Project Length3 Ongoing1 Includes software license with 2,500 TouchPoints and 10,000 emails per month. The first $2,750 payment is due 30 days after the project begins. 2 Client to provide advertising budget3 Minimum agreement length of 90 days. After 90 days client may cancel ongoing service with 30 day notice.
