Eastlon Brickwork & Scaffolding was established in 2004, we provide a service that combines both brickwork and scaffolding trades as one cost effective package that ensures exceptional quality of work and an ability to meet programmes that would otherwise be difficult to achieve using two separate contractors. We have a long
established and good reputation within the industry, both our Contracts and Commercial Directors have over 70 years’ experience between them in all aspects of the construction industry from one off houses to large and complex high rise developments.
Health and Safety concerns are of course paramount to us and we utilize the services of external consultants to monitor all aspects of the work we carry out.
We have full public liability insurance and our health and safety policy is a fully comprehensive document. We are able to supply specific risk assessments and method statements for all working areas as required
Brickwork – Eastlon Scaffolding & Brickwork compromises of a 350 strong team of highly skilled craftsmen who are fully trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of Brickwork & Scaffolding construction. We are a major player in facade works of external brickwork of buildings also including traditional builds and luxury high rise accommodation.
We have an extensive and proven track record in our current and previous projects specialising in Brickwork and Blockwork. Our operation is focused on delivery of large scale commercial projects, incorporating full supply & fix, project management, best practice (in terms of design and build-ability, quality and environmental issues as well as value engineering). We have vast experience in all aspects of our Trade. We have a dedicated and highly skilled long term workforce and management team all of whom are committed to quality of service, working safely and completing projects to the highest standard.
Given this, our skills and expertise are a match for any commercial project using any type of blockwork.

The majority of our work is in supplying all access requirements to the major housing developers within London. We supply Scaffolding services to the Commercial sector and on a number of Individual and unique projects.
Our CITB and CISRS trained workforce will provide a professional scaffolding service to both domestic and commercial projects; we can advise, plan, and design scaffolding solutions to suit your needs, from private individuals, architects and builders, to developers, industrial operations, and local authorities.

Design ScaffoldingHere at Eastlon Scaffolding Ltd, we can also provide a service which includes working with our clients at the early stages of design to ensure that all scaffold requirements are taken account of within the scaffold design (we appoint external design consultants to prepare full CAD scaffold design drawings and calculation) so that a cost-effective scaffold is employed for use by all trades to try and limit number of adaptions thereby saving time and costs. Our experienced teams are on hand to assist in the development and delivery of competent, effective solutions.
Shelf Angle SupportsWe also provide shelf angle support in the form of a steel angle which supports the weight of brick or stone veneer and transfers that weight onto the main structure of the building so that a gap or space can be created beneath to allow building movements to occur.
Wind PostsEastlon Scaffolding also specialise in fitting Windposts which are designed to be fitted perpendicularly between floors to provide lateral support for panels of brickwork. Windposts can be installed into either the inner leaf of blockwork or into the cavity leaving the blockwork unobstructed. This provides extra stability to the structure of the building.

Blackfriars Circus is a new development in Southwark, situated on Blackfriars Road which is being transformed into a bustling tree-lined boulevard, with an array of new shops, cafés and leisure facilities.

Scope: Eastlon Scaffolding Contractors has been appointed Contractor to carry out the scaffold to the Blackfriars project formed of concrete framed blocks with a total of 336 residential units, gymnasium & commercial units.
Project value: £6.5m

Wembley Park Gate will offer 211 studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with access to the landscaped podium garden and most with a private balcony. It is an exclusive gated development close to Wembley Park Underground station, with direct links to central London.
Client: Barratt London
Scope: Eastlon Brickwork & Scaffolding Contractors has been appointed Contractor to carry out the brickwork and scaffold to Wembley (Plot C) formed of one blocks of 211 apartments along with the necessary works planters and external walls.

Residential - Current Projects…….Cannon Wharf

Scope: Eastlon Brickwork & Scaffolding Contractors has been appointed Contractor to carry out the brickwork and scaffold to Nine Elms formed of seven blocks of 642 apartments along with the necessary works to Sainsbury's Store and Podium
