One of our experienced wedding team will deal with your initial enquiry and all of your questions right through to your final details and the running of the big day itself.
Set in its own private grounds, with landscaped gardens and spacious hotel lounges we make a beautiful setting for your wedding photographs and special day.

Traditional Scottish Piper - The Piper will welcome you and your guests to the hotel prior to the ceremony or the arrival at the hotel for the drinks reception

Three Tier Wedding Cake - coordinated with your colours
Three Course Wedding Breakfast - for up to 70 guests

The Cairn Hotel Wedding Package
The Cairn Hotel is licensed to hold Civil ceremonies in the Simpson, Balvormie and Cairnpapple Suite within the hotel.
To arrange your civil ceremony check the date and availability of the suite with the hotel before contacting the Chief Registrar on Bathgate 01506 776 191 or Livingston 01506 281 897.
To ensure that they can conduct the ceremony on the chosen date please confirm the booking with the Hotel prior.
To utilise one of our beautiful suites for your civil ceremony there will be a £250.00 room hire charge applicable.
Civil ceremonies
At the Cairn Hotel we have 61 beautiful bedrooms, which have been designed and decorated with comfort in mind. These bedrooms demonstrate all the qualities expected with a 3 star hotel.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, colour television, tea & coffee facilities, hair dryers and selected toiletries.
So why not treat yourself and stay.

Pan Fried Chicken Breast masked with white wine and asparagus sauce
Roast Sirloin of Beef Carved into a tomato, red wine and mushroom reduction
Roast Leg of Lamb complimented with a redcurrant and thyme jus

Checklist
Initial enquiry Once you have chosen your date a provisional booking may be held for up to 14 days, by which time a non refundable deposit of £500 must be paid to confirm the booking.
Four weeks prior to your wedding Meet with your wedding co-ordinator at a pre-arranged appointment time to discuss final details and pay your final balance.
Seven days prior to your wedding Submit table plan and confirm final numbers.
Day before wedding Deliver all items for the tables such as favours etc, and drop off luggage for the Bride and Groom.
Morning after Remember to take away any cake, spare favours, etc.

Payment A non refundable deposit of £500 to be paid upon booking. Your date is then immediately confirmed. Further payments may be made to your wedding account at any time. The full balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your reception.
