RECEPTIONS
The Warwick Suite The Warwick suite enjoys a ground floor location at
the heart of the resort with a dedicated bar facility
and doors opening onto the courtyard and fountain.
With its glittering chandeliers, The Warwick Suite is an
imposing space to truly impress your guests.
The Woodland SuiteThe exclusively contained Woodland Suite is the
perfect setting for larger weddings. Set within the
grounds and with 48 Woodland Lodge bedrooms
close by, plus its own bar and dining area,
The Woodland Suite makes the ideal space for large
scale celebrations.

The Wishaw Suite Overlooking the famous 10th hole of the Brabazon
course, the Wishaw Suite boasts a vista which will
take your guests’ breath away. What’s more, with an
airy, high ceiling and stunning chandelier, as well as a
private bar facility, it makes for a spectacular setting.
The Sutton SuiteThe Sutton Suite leads onto an outdoor patio area with
stunning views of the Brabazon course. The room itself
has its own bar facility and elegant wood-panelled
walls. With stunning views of the golf course this room
is perfect for a ceremony or intimate reception.

RECEPTIONS
The Ryder Room This sensational room features historic photographs
and breathtaking panoramic views from Juliet balconies
across our golf courses. The Ryder Room includes its
own seating and bar area, spiral staircase, floor to ceiling
windows and a high ceiling giving it a bright and airy feel.
The Lichfield SuiteThe Lichfield Suite is a versatile room featuring its own
lounge areas plus adjoining room with dedicated bar.
You can also make the most of the weather and extend
your special day onto the Lichfield lawn.

STAYING AT THE BELFRYThe Belfry offers 319 Signature bedrooms with
everything you need for a luxurious stay. Our range
of suites offer generous living space and a private
balcony with sweeping views over the golf courses.
The Belfry Presidential Suite has a wealth of elegant
space and a feeling of grandeur. The hallway opens
on to a spacious and stylish living area with large
sofas, hi-tech equipment, a modern and stylish
fireplace and a dining area. The master bedroom has
a king size bed, sumptuous bathroom and your own
private balcony with spectacular views.
Our Manor House Suites are located in the historic
part of The Belfry and offer an elegant blend of past
and present, classic and contemporary. Relax in the
spacious living area, prepare for the day ahead in
your dressing room, then stretch out in your king size
bedroom. As our most luxurious suites, you’ll also find
a sumptuous bathroom with teardrop shower and
separate bath.

With a personal appointment, our team can provide

After booking your wedding at The Belfry, your
planner will be on hand to answer any questions,
as big or little as you might have. This is your
wedding day and we are here to support you every
step of the way.
In the lead up to the big day, you will be invited to
experience the full Belfry experience with your menu
tasting. Our Chef Director can fulfil the most amazing
dining options, from five course fine dining to elegant
finger buffets, we will work with you to create a totally
unique menu using the freshest ingredients. Your
planner will run through your event so far and answer
any questions.
In the last few weeks before your big day, you will
meet with your on the day coordinator and your
planner to confirm the final details.
Whether you are planning a civil ceremony, multicultural
wedding or formal wedding reception, we will ensure
you and your guests are looked after in true Belfry style.
HOTEL FACILITIESOur facilities are some of the finest. Our luxury Spa is
the perfect retreat with elegant treatment rooms and

to golf, offering world-class tuition, 34 bay driving
range and custom fitting experience.

a separate over 21s venue within the hotel grounds with
two rooms dedicated to playing the latest sounds and
classic favourites. For the ultimate experience, reserve a
table in our Platinum Lounge with its table service, private

feel totally spoilt and enjoy something special designed
around you, we also offer private hire for those landmark

guests The Belfry has the capacity and facilities to
