Monday Reported to office at 10:00. The guest feedback details of three months were given based on pan city complaints and appreciation. The data was analysed. The caf name codes were updated to the sheet for three months for complaints and appreciation.

Tuesday Reported to office at 10:00.The complaints for three months were mapped and analysed for city wise, region wise, manager wise and caf wise. The draft report was prepared on the same mapped content.

Wednesday Reported to office at 10:00.The mapped data were analysed based on the draft report and charts were created based on the mapped data. The charts were done based on the region, city and caf wise complaints.

ThursdayReported to office at 10:00.Showed the presentation to the guide and corrected the mistakes.

FridayReported to office at 10:00.A new store was opened at Jayanagar and the promotion activities was conducted for the same caf. The guide briefed about the duties. I had to monitor the promotional activities and the freebies that were to be distributed to the customers and the target group.

Progress/Action with respect to the plan for previous week: Analyzed the data collected from the consumers for complaints and appreciations of caf.

Learning for the week: The trend of complaints and appreciation for the past three months i.e. March, April, May.Promotion activities undertaken by caf coffee day.

Plan for the Next week: Work with digital and social media marketing team.
