Welcome to the Straw Mansion, Manchester Neighborhood Housing

Services’ latest redevelopment project. We are very excited to begin our second decade with a project that will increase

significantly the number of new units of affordable housing in our community. The mansion is part of Manchester’s history, and

soon this magnificent building will be preserved for the housing needs of hard working individuals and families.

Our Home Ownership program continues its success in helping families purchase a home of their own. This past year MNHS helped more low

and moderate income families in New Hampshire understand the home buying process and its financial impacts so they are in a good position to

make an investment that could forever improve their lives. We continue to offer our tenants and neighborhood residents programs that help them

become leaders and a positive part of our community.
