Nationally acclaimed musical duo Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish, better known as The Honey Dewdrops, will visit their hometown to perform a benefit concert

on Thursday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Performing Arts Center in Charlottesville.

Proceeds will benefit our CHS Choirs

Back-to-School Night and the Club Fair will be Monday, September 24th. 

The PSAT is scheduled for October 17; we will run an adjusted (2 hour delay) schedule and advisory won’t meet on that day. 

We will administer the PSAT to all 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students. 

There will also be a Senior assembly to assist students in planning for life after high school.

The Anime Club meets today in Room D 237.

Reps from the “Polly tek nik” Institute of NY and the College of Charleston will hold information sessions on Thursday in the Media Center at 9:30 am. and 11am.

Students must sign up in the Counseling Office to attend.

Reps from Kenyon College, Colgate University, and Hollins University will hold information sessions in the Media Center today at 9am,

"

11:30am, and 1:00pm respectively. You must sign up in the Counseling Office to receive a pass to attend.

"

A Rep from Duke University will hold an information session on Wednesday at 10am in the Media Center.

"

Again, you must sign up in the Counseling Office to receive a pass to attend.

Students who are interested in 2 year schools that have football and basketball teams should sign up in the Counseling Office

to attend the information session for Louisburg College, which will be on Thursday in the Media Center.

On Friday, at 5:30 PM, Varsity Cross Country competes at Eastern View. And also on Friday, at 7:30 PM, Varsity Football hosts Liberty (Bealeton).
