Making Candy

• 25 lbs white sugar• 2 liters hot water• 20 ml cider or white vinegar• Add more sugar, but keep liquid• Takes about an hour• Stir continuously – till 234F ( I do 236)• Add 1 lb soy flour or pollen when cooling• Pour into candy board, cool and invert on hive
