• Manage comprehensively digital products and services for residential/business customers

• Follow trends in ICT industry, understand the segment, user habits and wishes, analyze the market and trends, identify new business opportunities and provide new digital solutions

• Measure results and manage the life cycle of products and services after their launch

• Coordinate marketing communication and other marketing activities for achieving business goals

• Develop a strategy and tactics for selected products and services

• Look for new opportunities and channels for marketing products and services

• Draw up technical requirements and managing the implementation and launch of products and services

• Draw up business plan for the selected customer segment, and responsibility for achieving set business goals

• Highly responsible and dependable• Team oriented, with positive attitude and excellent

communication skills• Self-driven and with able to work under pressure• Strongly analytical, with excellent problem solving skills• Highly motivated to go the extra mile• Customer oriented in every task or activity go the extra mile

• At least 2 years of experience in product management (desired fields: ICT, FMCG, banking, insurance, etc.)

• University degree: economics or technical field, or other suitable education

• English language proficiency• Above average skills in Microsoft tools (especially Excel

and PowerPoint)• Analytical thinking, creativity and innovation at work, a

proactive approach, motivation, goal-orientation, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, self-initiative

• Ability to work in a multicultural team• Understanding of web analytics tools and good basic

understanding of SEO, SEM and online communities
