NOTICEis hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 32(1) and 35(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.The effect of the Order will be to vary the Schedule to the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 with respect to the Parking Places listed in thetable below, to make provision as follows:-

1. To amend the Parking Definition in the wording that follows the Schedule in relation to the parking places numbered 37, 65, 68 as shown in Column 52. To introduce Parking Passport Permit (transferable ticket) in parking places numbered 37

3. To add the words No change to parking places numbered 65, 68

Parking Definitions:

Seasonal Period 1st March to 31st October 0900 hours 1900 hours

Winter Period - 1st November to 29th February 0900 hours 1700 hours

Parking Passport Permit - A weekly permit, purchased in advance. This will be a transferable permit which will allow parking in Council car parks, with some short stay carparks excluded. This is a flexible permit which will allow the purchaser the flexibility to purchase a single permit for multiple car parks, predominantly for visitors.

Full details of the proposals are contained in the draft Order which together with plans indicating the particular car parks affected, a copy of the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off-Street Parking

Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 and a statement of the Councils reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at County Hall, Haverfordwest, Customer Service Centres locatedin Argyle Street, Pembroke Dock and Town Hall, Milford Haven during normal opening hours. For further details please contact Parking Services Manager on 01437 775404.All objections and any other representations relating to the proposed Order must be made in writing. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. All such written objectionsand representations should be sent to the undersigned at the address provided below, by Wednesday 24 th December 2014.
