The MIT:ENG PMO Meeting will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.Location and times are still to be determined.

What is a PMOs value proposition - how do you measurethat value ?

Who measures the success and how often? What value do you add to projects in the business? Or are

you just gatekeepers and form checkers?

What are the indicators of a successful PMO?

How do you add value along a project lifecycle (e.g. scoping,estimating, requirements mgmt , change mgmtetc )?

How can you assist in helping projects along the value chainand through the lifecycle?

Those in PM roles - how would you describe in a sentence

Do you have a complete view of current projects and programs

being run?
