Wow! What a rush to have my fi rst issue of What’s On! Mission fi nally on stands! I am overwhelmed with the encouragement and support of the community as I embark on this new adventure as I tightly hold the reigns of What’s On! Mission. I am thrilled with the positive reaction I have received as I have introduced myself to Mission as the new owner/publisher of Mission’s true local events and leisure magazine. Thank-you!
It has been quite an experience gathering together all of the wonderful events that are happening in Mission over the next two months! There are very few days in November and December where there isn’t an exciting event happening in our great community. Whether an event in support of the Mission Christmas Bureau, a theatrical production, a community meal, or a gala fundraiser, I am sure there is something happening for everyone in Mission this holiday season.
I am so excited to get to publish a magazine that features all of the hard work, commitment, and creativity of the people who make Mission the special place that it is.
What’s On! is about all the good things that are happening in our community, and we are committed to telling everyone who will listen about all of the positive events happening in Mission.
On behalf of the team at What’s On!Mission, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
