Ingredients:

● Coconut oil to grease pan ● 4 cups brown rice crisps (or classic Rice Krispies) ● ½ cup all-natural peanut butter (or other nut butter), partially melted● ½ cup brown rice syrup*● 3 scoops vanilla or chocolate NowLifeStyle Protein Powder● 1 teaspoon vanilla

* Brown-rice syrup is made from whole grain rice that's been treated with enzymes that break down its natural starches into sugars. ★ Grease a 9-inch by 9-inch pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

★ In a medium bowl, mix together melted peanut butter, brown rice syrup, protein powder and vanilla until it forms a dough consistency.

★ Add brown Rice Krispies to the peanut butter mixture. Use your hands to gently fold the Rice Krispies into the mixture. Then, pour mixture into the pan.

★ Using a spatula or metal fork, spread mixture out evenly and press into pan so the bars are compact.

★ Place into freezer for at least 30 minutes.

★ Before serving or storing, use a sharp knife to cut your treats into squares.

NowLifeStyle Protein Oatmeal Brownie Batter Bong (Serves: 2)

Prep time: 5 – 10 mins

Ingredients:

● 1 cup unsweetened almond milk● ½ cup plain low fat Greek yogurt ● 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder● 1/8 tsp salt● 2 tbs baking Stevia● 1 cup old fashioned oats ● ½ scoop chocolate NowLifeStyle Protein Powder

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Divide mixture between 2 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least a couple of hours so the oats soften and absorb the liquid. Top with chopped nuts or topping of choice if desired! NowLifeStyle Chocolate Molten Lava Cake (Serves: 4)

● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ● 1/4 teaspoon salt ● 1/4 cup almond flour ● 1 scoop chocolate NowLifeStyle Protein Powder ● 1 teaspoon baking powder● Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Earth Balance: this is basically a margarine, or “vegan butter.” You can replace all the butter in a recipe with Earth Balance if you're looking to merely cut the saturated fat + cholesterol in your recipe. You can use traditional margarine or butter if you desire.

Ingredients:

● 4 tablespoons Earth Balance*● 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped, plus 1

ounce broken into 4 equal pieces ● 6 packets Stevia● 2 large eggs ● 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Microwave Time!

Microwave Earth Balance (margarine) and chopped chocolate in a large bowl, stopping to stir often, until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk Stevia, eggs, cocoa, vanilla and salt into chocolate mixture until smooth.

In separate bowl, combine almond four, protein powder and baking powder. Whisk the four mixture into the chocolate mixture until combined. Divide batter evenly between 4 (6-ounce) mugs. Press 1 chocolate piece into the center of each cake.

1. Microwave at 50 percent power for 45 seconds. Cake should be slightly wet around edges of mug and somewhat drier toward the center. Let cake rest for 2 minutes.

2. Please Note: Many microwaves run at different power and watts. Increase cook time by 1mins and 25 seconds if your microwave runs at 800 watts or fewer.

● ¼ cup coconut oil ● 4 dates (pitted) ● ¾ cups + 2 tbsp warm water

Prep time: 15 – 20 minutes

Ingredients:

● 1 cup old fashioned oats● 4 scoops chocolate NowLifeStyle Protein Powder● 1/3 cup peanuts (unsalted) ● ¼ cup peanut butter (unsalted)

1. Dry Mix: oats, chocolate NowLifeStyle Protein Powder and peanuts. 2. Blender or food processor mix: peanut butter, coconut oil, dates and water. 3. Pour into the bowl with dry mixed ingredients and mix until combined. 4. The batter will be quite thick. If you still see dry patches, add water by a tablespoon and keep mixing.5. Scoop the dough with a spoon or a small scoop, roll into golf size balls and flatten with your hands. Place on

a prepared baking sheet and repeat this step until you run out of dough. Refrigerate uncovered for 1 hour and enjoy cold.

NowLifeStyle Protein Balls (DO NOT BAKE)(Serves: 4 Protein Balls)

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

● 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla NowLifeStyle Protein Powder● 2 tbsp coconut flour● 1 tbsp coconut oil ● 6 – 8 tbsp water ● Liquid stevia to taste if desired

Combine in a bowl: chocolate or vanilla NowLifeStyle Protein Powder, coconut flour and oil, and 6 tablespoons water and stir very well to combine (the mixture will be extremely thick). If it becomes too dry to mix properly, add more water, a tablespoon at a time (you may add up to 2 more tablespoons). Taste for sweetness and add some stevia, if desired.Roll the mixture into four small balls and refrigerate until firm.

Please note: There are NO substitutions for the coconut flour and coconut oil here. If you use any other type of flour or oil, the recipe will not work!

Listen to your body! It is recommended to supply your body with 1 gram of protein to 1 pound of body weight. For example if you weigh 200 lbs, you should be taking 200 grams of protein per day.
