Wheat field. You will find a crop field and a vegetable garden with explanations about different wheat types and produces that we normally eat in pasta dishes. You will be able to play an interactive game where tradition and state-of-the-art mechanisms compete against each other in a wheat field. Furthermore, you will be able to identify the differences between fruits and vegetables and learn about several cultural practices

The house of nutrition. Good eating habits are taught at home. You will interact with basic nutritional concepts through multimedia tools; including a 3D gourmet dish that will challenge your skills to classify food in the three main food groups, supplemented by a digital program that will ask you to identify the elements of a label with nutritional information and other activities as choosing the right food regardless the package.

You will find information about metabolism and digestion, while learning in a fun way concepts such as the glycemic index of different food products and pasta nutritional contribution. A small manufacturing world where you will unveil the secrets of pasta production processes, from durum wheat, pasta's raw material, until final packaging, going through gluten analysis and the control of kneading variables under stringent sanitation practices. You will even be able to pack pasta in a fun contest against the clock!

1.Derecho de reproducción:

esta opción considera la producción en Brasil dándoles

todos los registros técnicos que definen los elementos de la

muestra, es decir, registros de fabricación con dibujos, lista

de materiales, instrucciones de mantenimiento, programas

multimedia, audiovisuales, textos, registros gráficos, fotos,

materiales de apoyo incluyendo guía educativa, programa de

actividades generales, publicidad y material que pudiera

adaptarse a campañas locales. De esta forma hay un ahorro

significativo en traslados y se pueden utilizar materiales

locales. Todo esto por $150,000. dólares, además se puede

manejar la opción de que algún miembro de su equipo venga

a México para estudiar el material que se entrega y resolver

dudas, o bien, que una persona del mumci viaje a Brasil

(viáticos no incluidos). Creemos que esta opción podría ser

excelente para optimizar costos y tiempos.

2.Renta de la exposición: se puede rentar la muestra por un

periodo de 6 meses, trasladando la exposición que tenemos

en el Museo Modelo a la sede en Brasil que se requiera, con

un costo de $195,000 dólares. Incluye guía educativa,

programa de actividades generales, publicidad y material que

pudiera adaptarse a campañas locales. Se requiere contar

con un espacio previamente adecuado para exhibir la

exposición, así como el apoyo de un equipo de trabajo

(mínimo 5 personas). Incluyen los honorarios de un

supervisor y un técnico mexicanos en Brasil, no incluye sus

viáticos. No incluye el costo de transporte ni seguros de la

muestra.

3. Producción en México y envío a Brasil: esta opción incluye

duplicar la muestra exactamente igual a la que se exhibe en

el Museo Modelo, con guía educativa, programa de

actividades generales, publicidad y material que pudiera

adaptarse a campañas locales, por $700,000 dólares. Un

grupo de trabajo viajarían a Brasil para realizar las labores de

montaje y capacitación. Se requiere contar con un espacio

previamente adecuado para exhibir la exposición, así como el

apoyo de un equipo de trabajo (mínimo 5 personas). No

incluye el costo de transporte, seguros de la muestra, ni los

viáticos del equipo de trabajo.
