Amanda Hector

Amanda commenced her recruitment career in 1997 in London within a national recruitment firm and then relocated to Australia where she has lived since 2001. Her portfolio boasts of numerous global clients, including preferred supplier to many of the world’s largest top performing companies. Amanda has worked in many roles in the blue collar, white collar and professional markets sectors including; temp and perm consultant, international recruitment consultant, national account manager, business development manager, branch manager, state manager and has implemented numerous on-site operations for key clients.

Amanda’s strong understanding of the international labour market, combined with her in depth knowledge of strategic recruitment methodologies supports Fusion Training as a niche market leader in the training & development of today’s recruitment professionals. In recent years Amanda has been a specialist recruitment trainer both in Australia and the UK – where she has trained and coached recruiters through the longest recession the UK has ever seen. In recognition of her industry expertise, Amanda is a key note speaker and corporate trainer for the Recruitment Consultants Services Association (RCSA). Amanda is professionally qualified in training and development and has experience with assessing sales and recruitment skills for nationally recognised qualifications. With her education system exposure, commercial experience and all round knowledge of ground up levels of recruitment, she is able to utilise her formal education and experience to develop a training and development session tailored to your specific business needs.
