design idea, to the full completion of construction and renovation projects. Clients are closely consulted to ensure that the final product exceeds all expectations. With a solid understanding

of both the property owner’s needs, as well as the tenant’s requirements we have built up a reputation of excellence.

This allows our clients to proceed with their projects will full confidence in the product they will receive.

An additional benefit of working with Zuri, is that in properties managed by Eris, the Tenants Installation Allowance is paid

directly to Zuri, so there is no need for the client to fund the Tenant Installation costs.

our PROCESS

Zuri has a tried and tested process to ensure all the relevant information is captured and considered for all elements related to a specific project. This process is in place to ensure that once a project begins, delays are minimal and the project can proceed according to plan.

In order to create a design that will work functionally in the space available as well as meet the aesthetic objectives of the project, a few steps are taken before the project begins.A space needs analysis is done, and once the designers know what space they have to work with, they create a visual plan of how best to utilise it.

They also create an interior design specification which documents the entire project. Detailed technical drawings are created which note all aspects of the project.

The design team will deliver a conceptual presentation to the client before the project commences, complete with 3D images and sample boards. To ensure a working space that is as functional as it is beautiful, we support our clients throughout the entire design process providing insight along the way.

Once we have established what needs to be done, the project can begin.

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

Until this point, the design is purely on paper and in imaginations. Once the interior construction phase begins, however, it develops its soul! We

start with the physical construction which includes demolishing and installing all new requirements. The technical Infrastructure is handled by specialist Technicians who are experts in their fields, whether it is lighting

or multi-media installations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The completion of a project such as this can be daunting and fraught with complications. Our project management team is there to ensure that your design objectives are met in a stress free, seamless manner. An accurate estimate is compiled based on the design specifications.

Our supplier network gives us the ability to procure the best quality of suppliers and services. Through a tight budget control process, our Project Managers ensure costs are maintained. Zuri quality will never

be compromised, and our tight quality control process ensures that our projects are always up to the Zuri standard.
