MARKETING / PUBLIC OUTREACH INTERNInternship: Ongoing (Fall/Spring/Summer)Hours: Flexible, morning or afternoon shifts available, weekdays and weekendsPay: non-paying

Description:

We are a small non-profit wildlife center and are a private zoo and native wildlife rehabilitation facility in the Verde Valley.

Marketing Interns will play a key role in assisting the Founder with the development of marketing materials, creative content for the web and social media platforms, brand development and supporter communications.

Candidates must be high energy, detail oriented and possess a commitment to the care, rehabilitation and presentation of Arizona’s Wildlife and the exotic animals at the Center To the general public, school groups and others.

Requirements:

A self‐starter with demonstrated applied skills in word processing, website maintenance, and other computer software -including but not limited to- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)

The ability to learn fundraising, web design, and management computer software programs.

Desire and willingness to stay on top of emerging trends in brand marketing and advertising.
