EXHIBITIONHIRE INFORMATION
The highly acclaimed Wildscreen Outdoor Photography
Exhibition was first used as part of the 2016 Wildscreen
Festival, which took place in Bristol, UK. Attracting over
40,000 visitors over a three week period, the exhibition was
praised for its content, aesthetic appeal and one-of-a-kind
sustainable features.
Our package of 13 large scale exhibition stands are built to a
superior quality and finish, designed to exceed health and
safety standards, and optimised for outdoor use on a grass
surface.
Twelve of the stands are suitable for large format image
prints – ensuring your visitors can experience your
exhibition in stunning detail and clarity – and one functions
as a visitor information board.
Each stand has a small area that can be used for
information about the images.
Taking inspiration from their original use, for an exhibition
celebrating the natural world, they are manufactured from
natural or environmentally friendly materials.
The inbuilt solar-powered lighting brings imagery to life at
night, allowing 24 hour access, and will make your
exhibition stand out.

The stands are substantial and heavy and require mandatory specialist rigging which is included in the hire
cost. The rigging team will install the stands and mount the prints according to your direction.

We are happy to be flexible regarding
the hire period but would recommend
an exhibition of up to three months’
duration for the quoted price:
Sustainability
Stand sustainability features
• Wood for main structures sourced from recycled scaffolding
• Images mounted onto recycled chipboard
• Lighting produced by solar panels and LED bulbs
• Environmentally friendly olive oil-based wood varnish
• Sustainable and non-petroleum based sugar paint
• Recycled screws
• Outdoor placement reduces need for any electric requirements, e.g. heating or light
Printing sustainability features
• Printed onto Tyvek, a fully recyclable material made from recycled fibreglass
• Non-toxic and sustainable vegetable ink used for printing
• Low energy printer
Falling in line with our charity’s environmental ethos/policies, the exhibition was produced in the most sustainable way possible, creating minimal environmental impact.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the hirer to
ensure that the stands are insured for all
risks during the hire period.
The replacement value is £12,000.
You are also required to arrange Public
Liability insurance cover.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Wildscreen team have years of experience in working with media and exhibitions, and we would be very happy to help you with the technical aspects of your exhibition such as editing, resizing and printing, as well as exhibition curation, for a modest fee.
Working together with our recommended printer, we can create stunning high quality, sustainable prints as required.
The display space required will depend on your preferred arrangement of the images. For exhibitions placed in a straight line, the minimum length of the area required would be 25 metres, should all 13 stands be used.
Installation / de-installation: our skilled riggers will require one day to install and one day to dismantle the exhibition. The prints will be returned to you.
We are happy to discuss bespoke hire arrangements to accommodate individual requirements, including adding weighted stands to allow the exhibition to be placed onto a non-grass surface.
