TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE CHICAGO A PLACE WE’RE ALL PROUD TO CALL HOME.At United Way, we are always there for our neighbors in their time of need. But, more importantly, we are working to reduce and eliminate the root causes of these needs.
We have a long history of working alongside corporate and community stakeholders to create sustainable change.
CHICAGOANS HAVE GREAT LOVE FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOODS ACROSS THE CITY AND SUBURBS.A strong neighborhood is made up of quality education, employment opportunities, safe streets, healthy food options, adequate to healthcare and—most importantly—neighbors who care. However, across the Chicago region, the zip code you live in can greatly determine your access to these resources.
To ensure that children and families have multiple pathways to success, we must focus on the whole neighborhood.
UNITED WAY OF METRO CHICAGO BRINGS TOGETHER BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENT, NONPROFITS, AND COMMUNITY LEADERS TO DELIVER FUNDING, RESOURCES, AND EXPERTISE TO NEIGHBORHOODS.
