WMI OUTREACHMINISTRIES

Dr. Mike Hyodo heads up World Ministries’ arm of outreach to the world. Dr. Mike is a dentist practicing inBellevue, Washington. His love for the Lord constrains him to reach out to people across the world, makingdental care available to people who cannot afford this care. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, Dr. Mikeprocures dental equipment from wherever it becomes available...in other words, the Lord fills his basket and Dr.Mike is out distributing the treasures from that basket. We would like to share with you in this newsletter someof the stories being written by God’s grace and mercy to His people.

Botosani, Romania

The team had the opportunity to visit some of the very poor people in thevillages and take them gifts to meet their daily needs.

Rev. Hansen with Reuben, ayoung boy with a withered legdue to an accident severalyears prior to this visit. Hansenprayed that muscle and fleshwould be added to the leg bone.He told Reuben that the nexttime he saw him he would runand play football with him.The very next day Reuben camerunning up to the car andjumped into Hansen’s arms...fully healed.

Rev. Hansen was speaking in Romaniaon “The Future of Europe”. The Lordopened the way for the message to goout to 2,500 churches.

Jamaica, West IndiesNovember, 2001

From November 2nd through 19th, 2001, Prophet Hansenministered in Jamaica at several churches. One of these churcheswas Light House Assembly, pastored by R. J. Edwards and locatedin Spanishtown near Kingston. Dr. Mike Hyodo attended thesemeetings to assist in the area of intercession. Pastor Edwardsand Dr. Mike are now discussing the possibility of putting adental clinic in the church.

This is a part of PastorEdwards’ church facility thatis intended to be used tobuild a dental clinic for thearea.

Arriving in San Salvador, Dr. Mike and Trisha went directly to a church meetingwhere they spoke briefly about how God is judging El Salvador with the largeearthquake this year, as well as America with the terrorist attack on 9/11/01. Thenext evening they went to Sarah’s church, Iglesia Del Camino Church where theymet the pastor general, Carlos Navas, who invited them to visit his televisionstation. The next day they enjoyed a tour of Channel 27, a Christian TV station.Pastor Navas is interested in getting Apostle/Prophet Hansen on this station,possibly coordinated with a visit to Honduras in September of this year.

The testimony about our local dentist, Sarah Lopez, isreally a blessing. Ten years ago while still working as anurse, Sarah received a prophecy that she would berunning a dental clinic serving ministers and the poor.She subsequently completed dental school, but foundthat establishing a dental clinic was financially animpossibility. There were no associate jobs available, so she came to America to earn money to start a clinic. Since she did notknow English, after several months she had no money. Her pastor here in Seattle called World Concern and they contacted me(Dr. Mike). We met and Sarah shared her story with me. We prayed and asked God to build her clinic. Weeks later a dentistwhom I had never met called me to donate dental equipment. Months later, a missionary from Honduras was sending acontainer from Seattle to Honduras and allowed us to put the equipment on that shipment. God supplied everything. It didn’tcost us a penny!

When Sarah shared her testimony at church,, Dr. Fernando Mencia was visiting anddecided to allow her to build the clinic at his facility at a reduced rate that allowed her toget started.

Sarah introduced Dr. Mike to Dr. Mencia, andwhen he heard that Dr. Mike was in Rotary,he insisted that he meet his friend, Dr. Valle,who was president of the San Salvador Rotary.We appreciate our new friends in El Salvador.

The Lord opened many doors to bringthe message of His grace and care toseveral locations in Russia, resultingin many souls being brought to thekingdom of God. Dr. Mike and histeam brought the blessing of gooddental care, along with theirtestimony of God’s goodness to manyof the citizens of Perm, Russia.
