Make sure they are on time to work every day and are reliable are willing to do what their boss asks of them are respectful to co-workers and supervisors take initiative to go the extra miledo their best dont need to be told what to do; they are self-directed and do what they are supposed to without constant direction Are responsible for their actions Take pride in their work find a way to enjoy their jobs put work ahead of personal feelings or problems with others- Take pride in personal appearance and how that reflects on the place of workEmployee RelationshipsThe employees main goal should be working together for the good of the company
