Each group moderator is asked to summarise the discussion in their group in the form of 5 to 10 actions/conclusions/proposals for change that should be considered by the Board. Participants are encouraged to be open, imaginative, broad in their thinking and not be reluctant to go “outside the box”. Possible questions/areas for consideration: 1. Changes to Article 5 of the Statutes “Members, Honorary Members, Patrons and Associates.” a. Extend the list of Olympic beyond Showjumping, Dressage and Eventing. b. Extend membership to Studbooks that cater for horses other than Warmbloods. c. Change the wording defining the status of Associate. 2. Change the Profile of Application form stating conditions that applicants have to comply with. a. Size of studbook. b. Status of daughter studbooks. c. Give some special recognition to “national” studbooks.

Topic 2 (b):

Membership criteria – to get and retain membership (Intro by Jim Flanagan)

Group: Size of studbooks (daughter studbooks; associate studbooks)

Each group will address the same questions.

Each group moderator is asked to summarise the discussion in their group in the form of 5 to 10 actions/conclusions/proposals for change that should be considered by the Board.
