On Site Operation Process

On site Team : 1. Insert UMPT or replace GTMU with UMPT 2. Insert UBBP slot 3 for GSM only, and slot 2 if WBBP exist in slot 3 3. Upgrade cabinet to Ver. D if scenario using MRFUd, then continue install MRFUd 1800 Mhz 4. Install RRU 3939 if scenario using RRU 5. Reroute CPRI connection based on scenario implementation 6. Cut over transmission to UMPT and new port on RTN/MSTP 7. Download BTS3900 V100R009C00SPCXXX to UMPT (25 minutes) 8. Activate software (10 minutes) 9. SPL software (5 minutes) 10. Download script 11. Activate script 12. Inform to monitoring team whether OM has been Ok or not 13. Dismantle unused materials Monitoring Team : 1. Delete original NE GBTS , Then synchronize NE on U2000 2. Activate eGBTS license dan eNodeB license 3. If existing has 3G, ask RTN/TRM team to reroute IuB vlan service

Download software to UMPT (20 menit)

Make sure SFTP is running. Double click application below :

Setting IP Laptop: 192.168.0.50 (or 17.21.2.XX) Login via Internet Explorer : IP : 192.168.0.49 (or 17.21.2.15) User name : admin Password : hwbs@com (or NodeB)
