Self Assessment – Questionnaire 1. In what way(s) do you think you could have improved the

delivery of your speech?I could have memorized my words better and I could have

spoken slower. I think I should have spoken clearer and I should have not been So expressive.

2. After watching everyone’s speech, what were some things that stood out in your mind?

My speech was not as good as it looked on it’s own. Also I was really scared because I went first.

3. How did you prepare for the speech?I memorized it and I also said it to an audience 7 times. I said

it in my head 46.7 times.

Self Assessment - Questionnaire4. What were two things that you think were

‘fantastic’ about your speech?The writing of my speech was very detailed

which I thought was great. Also I only looked at my cue cards once.

5. How do you feel about giving speeches?I am usually okay with delivering speeches. But

this time I felt more nervous than I’d ever felt before.
