FY15 Review Richard has continued to expand his skills and has become more comfortable and knowledgeable in his DFS role during this past year. He was able to take on new and additional responsibilities while delivering good results. Below are a few of his accomplishments this past year: 1. Richard shared the responsibility of processing the daily rollforward out of PACS (prior to GL Link) on a daily basis. He worked very closely with his team and IT to resolve issues as they arose. I was very impressed with how Richard took responsibility over the daily rollforward, especially when issues arose. He worked diligently to ensure that the issues were resolved, and communicate to everyone involved. 2. Richard was very helpful during the testing period of GL Link and ReconNet. He worked with his team to write test cases and perform the tests in the UAT environment of Infolease. He was also involved in the cutover of PACS into GL Link – he took direction very well, and supported the transition. 3. With the implementation of GL Link and ReconNet, Richard collaborated with his team lead and was able to adapt his processes and reporting, such as with his residual reconciliations, rebill reserve entry, and his responsibilities related to operating leases. I appreciate that even when Richard had questions or ran into problems that he needed help with, he puts forth the effort to figure it out on his own and then raises the concern to me or his team lead in order to make the best decision as possible. He’s not quick to make a rash decision that could turn into a bigger problem later. Following is a comment provided during his peer review – A. “Richard is always very pleasant to work with. He responds to requests quickly. In my experience, he has always been willing to share his expert knowledge and is open and willing to adapt to any changes that may come his way. Richard is very reliable. I never feel the need to follow up with him on action items because I know he will get it done!” B. “Richard has a very friendly personality that makes him approachable. I had to request some “flux analysis” comments from him several times and I would always receive a very thorough draft explaining his GL accounts fluxes. Richard also seemed to always have a sense of urgency when those requests hit his inbox.” C. “Richard always completed his portion of the cash book timely and accurately. When I did need to contact him, he was always responsive and helpful. He has always been professional when dealing with me.”

Below are a few of his accomplishments this past year:1. Richard shared the responsibility of processing the daily rollforward out of PACS (prior to GL Link) on

Moving forward, I would encourage Richard to be more proactive – I would encourage him to work gain a better understanding of the Infolease portfolio, GL Link, and Novora. I encourage Richard to increase his focus on efficiency and accuracy in situations of uncertainty and ambiguity as he continues to expand his skills within the DFS business.

I have truly enjoyed working with Richard this past year and appreciate all his hard work.

FY16 Review

Richard has continued to expand his skills this past year. Richard is a very hard worker and is always eager to help, which is always very much appreciated by his team, and takes the opportunity to showcase his abilities.

Below are a few of his accomplishments this past year:4. Richard is pretty much the sole owner of US ReconNet. Since taking it over earlier in the year and

working to better understand the tool, he clearly understands his role in the process and monitors it to ensure there are no material out of balances for the month. He reviews it on an on-going basis and timely communicates to the teams when an issue arises.

5. Richard has always been responsible for the US charge-off process but has most recently taken over the Canada process as well. Though the process is automated, he’s learned a lot about the end-to-end process this past year and speaks for it when questions arise. Along with performing his responsibilities, he’s also provided information to PWC and other groups within the organization as needed.

6. Richard takes his responsibilities very seriously and works well with other team member to better understand it – I encourage Richard to spend more time on identifying the pieces when an issue arise or when he has a question so that he is better equipped with makes decisions on his own. Due to the recent transition of our portfolio team, and the analytics required with most of the responsibilities on the team I’ve noticed it’s been a challenge for Richard to make that transition as well. I think Richard should try different way to approach an issue/process to him in his development.

Following are comments provided during his peer review – 1. “Richard is always eager to learn and is always asking questions to broaden his knowledge. He

always provides data timely and is quick to respond to questions. He puts thought into his responses and is always willing to share his knowledge.”

2. “Very thorough – documents everything. Eagerness to do a good job.”3. Areas for Improvement: “Problem solving – taking things to the next level, beyond just

identifying a problem.”4. “I have witnessed Richard grow in his role over this past year. After the US IL Net Invest was

stabilized in ReconNET, Richard worked to understand the process and what exactly ReconNET was doing. Although it was not familiar territory for him, he worked hard to understand it and asked relevant questions. In recent months, he monitors the outstanding items report and he responds quickly to let us know if something doesn’t seem right.”

5. “Richard is a kind person who offers his assistance and welcomes change with little pushback. Richard is a pleasure to work with.”

6. “Worked hard to “re-invent” himself in a world without PACS.”

Moving forward, I would encourage Richard to be more proactive – I would encourage him to work to gain a better understanding of the business. I encourage Richard to increase his focus on efficiency and accuracy in situations of uncertainty and ambiguity as he continues to expand his skills within the DFS business.

I have truly enjoyed working with Richard this past year and appreciate all his hard work.
