PREFACE

Education is essential for everyone. It is the level of education that helps people earn respect and recognition. It is indispensable part of

life both personally and socially. However, the unequal standard of education is still a major problem that needs to be solved. Education is

absolutely beneficial for society on the whole. It is a life-long process to each person that need to be reinforced throughout life. However, we

need education system that may eradicate illiteracy and may provide the common man an access not only to basic education but also to higher

and technical education.

The challenge then goes to the educational leader who plays a vital role in planning, implementing and assessing educational programs.

She plays the multifarious roles of administrator, supervisor, finance officer, negotiator, counselor, mediator, as well as mentor, decision maker

and role model. With these roles, she is expected to be adequately prepared for the task and bold enough to face the unlimited challenges as

demanded by the job and the changing times.

Cabatuan East Central School stands courageous to the demands of quality education. As benchmarked by its three-time winning stint in

the regional level, the school tries its best to meet with the expectations. Many graduates enter prestigious colleges and universities and finish a

degree. Above this, many alumni who are now manning successful careers look back to the value of education they acquired from this school.

Located at the poblacion, Cabatuan East Central School has an ideal school site of 956 square meters, still spacious enough to

accommodate building construction, children’s playground, vegetable and ornamental garden and forest park. This year, the school is a

recipient on the DepEd Computerization Program Batch 19. The school is granted a state-of-the-art computer laboratory.

The school, through the leadership of her principal and the dynamism of stakeholders: teachers, pupils, alumni, parents, community and

local leaders, exerts effort in support to uplifting the standard of quality basic education through priority projects, programs and activities. May

the school live to the expectation as the premiere public elementary school in the district.
