Garden Rooms Monday – Thursday: $160.00 (usually $230.00) Friday – Sunday: $220.00 (usually $240.00) Our garden rooms are perfect for a night’s get away. Offering ensuites, air-conditioning and great access. (4 available)

Explorer’s Retreat Monday – Thursday: $600.00 (usually $680.00) Friday – Sunday: $800.00 (usually $880.00) Ideal for families or large groups, it offers open plan living, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms.

A venue hire fee of $500.00 enables your guests to be entertained in our Kauri

Room and Cellar Room and is applicable to all packages.

Time Extensions

If you wish to extend your wedding this can be arranged, however fees will apply.

Half hour time extension during reception is $395.00.

Half an hour time extensions in between your Ceremony & Canapés is $250.00

Set up the day before your wedding is available 9am-4pm subject to availability.

Loxley has ample, free, off street parking for your guests.

Booking Arrangements

A deposit of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) is required at the time of booking to reserve your wedding date.

The remaining balance is payable in a series of progressive payments with the final payment due four weeks prior to your wedding date. You will be required to confirm your final guest numbers fiveweeks prior to the wedding date. Any changes made after final appointment will attract a surcharge.

Public holiday surcharges apply.

All prices quoted in this wedding package are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

The prices quoted are the current prices for weddings held during the 2016 and 2017 calendar years.
