- Materials Management send daily or weekly report ( according procedure ) for inform departments on-

site about materials which received.

- Material Status and Shortage list to expedite this Shortage to avoid any delay of project Planed Schedule.

- Identify the material on the project plans to see the possibility of use.

- Construction Management sent a request issue materials and handed over to the Material Management.

- Materials Management issued Material issue voucher (M.I.V) for the required materials issued

accordance with the drawing.

- Compilation types and quantities required issue and processed through separate place dedicated to it in

a way to facilitate transfer.

- Delivery of the required materials each individual item and then be signed receipt.

- The delivery and loading of materials and transport.

- issue materials is deducted from the stock.

- Inventory of items that warranted it.

- Ensure proper storage of raw materials in the warehouse and clarify condition.

- At the end of the project,issue a final report for the remaining materials in the warehouse and submit it

to manage materials.
