What no social media strategy??Despite the ubiquity of social recruiting, I often come across businesses that don’t have a social recruiting strategy.

That’s because social media is free, and because it’s easy—right? Your workforce is young and hip, knows how to use a mouse,

and have LinkedIn profiles.You have a marketer who seems to know about Twitter. So you’ve just got on with it.  Why have a vision, strategy or tactics for something so basic, free and easy?
