A moonbow is basically a rainbow but at night! You can find them in many places like Yosemite National Park in California and Victoria Falls in South Africa.

• Moonbows are viewed when the moon is full. The best sight of a moonbow is when the moon is low in the sky.

• Moonbows are very rare. You can only see them when it is full moon and is misty.

• The size of the moonbow depends on the Moon's height; the lower the Moon, the bigger the moonbow. The tallest moonbows occur when the Moon is within an hour of rising or setting.
